Estimate time of arrival
When processing with your order, the estimated time of arrival is depended on two factors:
The time between placement of an order and when the shipment for the order is ready to transit (hand off to carrier). It is usually 3-5 bussiness days.
For US orders, we uses different carriers depended on delivery locations. Primary carriers are DHL ecommerce, USPS and UPS. Most of packages will be delivered through USPS local post office system. On average, the transit time is 5-7 business days.
For international orders, packages will be shipped by DHL ecommerce and delivered by local post office in destination countries. The average shipping time is 15-20 business days.
- Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time above is estimated. It may exceed or less than the stated time frame under certain situations.
- Order is only processed if correct shipping address is provided. Incomplete or invalid shipping address may lead to delay in order processing. Please double-check your information when check out.
- All shipment are provided with tracking link. Please feel free to track your shipment status
Shipping fee for the first item is $6.49. Additional fee of $2.5 per item will be applied when order has 2 or more items.
Invalid shipping address
Shipping address will be verified before processing an order using USPS stress validation data. If the address is invalid or mising information, the order will be held until we have your confirmation. We also reserve our rights to cancel your order after a period of time if we don't receive your response. If there are any problems with your shipping address, we will contact you via email in your order's confirmation.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct and double check all information when you check out.
Package will not be delivered if the shipping address is invalid and return to us. In this case, we do not provide re-ship option since payment is one-time and we don't record any information about your payment for extra-charge.
Our team always try our best to deliver items to customers as quick as possible. However, there're always uncontrollable reasons which can lead to delay of your shipment. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us

Item not receive
If the estimated time frame is passed and you haven't received your order yet, this is what you should do
- First, check shipment status on tracking link provided by us.
- If "delivered" is shown, please check your mailbox or locations which mailman can leave your package.
- If you still haven't found it, please contact with carrier to claim.
- If the tracking status shows that the package is still on the way, please wait for 2-3 more days before contacting us.
- If you miss the delivery, please contact with carrier for a pick up or schedule a re-delivery
- For US orders, if the parcel is not delivered successfully and it has been more than 20 days since the shipping date, you can request a refund or replacement.
- For international orders, if the parcel is not delivered successfully and it has been more than 35 days since the shipping date, you can request a refund or replacement.
