By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed with below policy
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
You have 24 hours since the order was placed to make any changes or cancel your order. If this time frame is passed, your order will be processed in our system automatically and nothings can be changed at this time. A deduction of 25% of total order value will be applied as processing fee if we receive a cancellation request after 24 hours. The following information is able to change:
- Shipping information: shipping name, address, contact email, etc...
- Name: You can request to change names on design
- Design & Quote: You can request to change some components in design on front or quote on back. This process will be take longer time than other requests since our designers need to re-make design. Please preview your design carefully before add product to cart.
Invalid shipping address:
- Shipping address will be verified by USPS street validation before processing orders. If we found that your shipping address is invalid or missing parts, your order will be held. We will contact you three times via your email to verify your shipping address. The first one will be sent after we found errors, followed by the second one which will be sent after 48 hours of the first one. The last email will be sent after 24 hours of the second one. In case you do not response our emails, we reserve the right to cancel without your permission.
- In case the shipping address is invalid or missing parts when verifing on our system, but you confirm that it is correct. We will process the order but do not take any responsbility if the package can't delivered to you due to incorrect address
NOTICE: NO CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION AFTER ORDERS ARE SHIPPED.
- Our policy last 14 days from day of delivery. It means that you have 14 days from the delivery date on tracking information to file a complaint with us.
- If this time frame is passed, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject your requests if you can't provide proper reasons.
- Items which are not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
- For all cases, pictures of defective items are required for investigation.
Proper reasons for a return
- Damaged or missing parts when items are arrived
- Printing issues: blurry, blend color...etc.
- Wrong items: items arrives with different sizes, colors, designs due to our fault.
- Items do not arrive due to wrong shipping address
- Item lost in transit
Notice: Please allows 20% different between advertised pictures and actual items in term of color due to lightning during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
Delivery & Shipping Issues
In case the package can't be delivered, it will be return to our warehouse. We will not take any responsibility in the following cases
Return to sender due to invalid shipping address
- Incomplete or invalid address will lead to this situation. Therefore, please double-check your information when you check out.
- To avoid this problem, we will verified your address before processing your order. Any issues with it may lead to delay in arrival time.
No access to delivery location
- Shipping address is correct but there's no access to mailman for deliver the package to your door.
- Notice will be left and re-delivery will be scheduled by the Post Office
Item does not receive due to reasons outside our control
- Wrong shipping address
- Not being at home to receive the parcel
- Not picking up the package
- Delivered but lost. The parcel was marked as "delivered" on tracking system but gotten lost.
- Items are not being clear by your country's customs.
Sometimes, the shipping delays due to uncontrollable reasons such as bad weather, natural disaster, custom clearance process. In this case, an announcement will be posted on our website.
Refund (If applicable)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- After contacting us and submitting all evidences as our requirement, your request will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your case within 2-3 business days.
- If your request is accepted, a refund will be processed right after that. The credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- We only refund the sale price of items, not shipping cost
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
- If you still have not received refund after doing this, please contact us and we will check it for you.
- For credit card transaction, total order value includes a processing fee of (0.3+3.9%*total order value). This fee will be deducted from the refund since it is paid for bank and non-refundable.
Exchange (If applicable)
- items are only eligible for exchange if customers provide proper reasons as stated in "Return" part.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof attached at contact [email protected].
- Guidance will be send to you after we inspect your case.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
- The replacement may take same time as original order to arrive.
Any orders which do not arrive within 30 business days are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if this time frame is passed.
